Our Approach
At Way To Grow Therapies, we specialize in pediatric feeding and dysphagia therapy, focusing on helping infants, children, and teenagers overcome feeding challenges to develop safe and expansive eating habits for life. Our approach involves responsive feeding from breast/bottle stage through full table meals using play based feeding therapy focused on oral motor and sensory strategies. Feeding therapy is a science based art that builds and develops a loving relationship for your child with food. We are committed to establishing safe and positive eating environments. This means working hand in hand with our families to support the feeding journey of their child.

Feeding Specialist
Beth has been an SLP for over 20 years specializing in feeding, language, and speech therapy. She has an undergraduate degree in Human Services from Villanova University, and a dual MA in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from University of Maryland, College Park. She has her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) since 2002. She has worked at: Johns Hopkins Hospital, MD; Newport Hospital, RI; Westerly Hospital, RI; Trudeau Early Intervention, RI; Warwick School Department, RI; Hasbro Children's Hospital, RI; and Great Strides Rehabilitation PPECs, FL. She is certified in SOS Approach to Feeding, The Myo Method, Feed the Peds, Hanen It Takes Two to Talk, Kaufman Speech Praxis Approach, and PECs. She speaks Italian and has a working knowledge of Spanish. She currently resides in Jacksonville, FL where she provides home/daycare based feeding tx as well as teletherapy for infants, children and their families.
